Tone

Hy..
Just done with my workout and it's exhilarating!!

Tone your body muscles to get those hands/arms you want...

Here's a simple way u can do it-

. Push-ups, mainly works out your chest and also your biceps and forearm as well
good body workout as it aims to tone your body. If you cn't do push-ups meaning you can't
carry your own body weight

. Dumbell curls-works out your biceps, makes you lose that flabby fat on your arm..




.Tricep Extensions- Works out your triceps (the muscle opposite your biceps, back of your ar
m)
Most women will gain fat fast here so do concentrate on your triceps :)


.Boxing-for those who are into it, it's a high anabolic exercise which works out your stamina and your arms that will eventually built muscles..

There you have it, a way to tone your arms..=] Act now, take healthy meals and don't forget to exercise and hopefully u will not end up like this...
