Dieting

Dieting-many people tend to think dieting as, not to eat at all, or to skip meals.
Dieting is mainly the reason people resort to, to lose weight, or to think that they will lose weight by dieting as in to skip meals. This is definitely wrong as dieting actually means to eat more than usual but with smaller portions.

Ok, I admit there are somethings you can't consume at all, or maybe u should reduce your intake. For example, that delicious cheesecakes and tiramisu from Secret recipe or Starbucks.
Those are the things that will actually put on much more calories into your body and defeating the chances of you to get your 'dream body'.

Dieting the actual way can result in the increase of the metabolism rate and hence, making you lose your weight much faster. Add in more protein to your diet, and lessen the fat and carbs, mind you snacks are to be put away as well. Get protein bars as it will provide you with energy and therefore making you feel less hungry.

If you skip meals, you will tend to feel hungry and will gobble down food as much as you can for the next meal, therefore defeating your dieting purposes. Also, lessen the curry intake and all the spices as it contains lots of curry.

Here's a sample of my diet:-

Morning:
Rice(If it's available)
No gravy, A breast of Chicken

Mid-morning:
Banana
Protein Bars
Protein Shake

Lunch:
No rice if can
Fish and CHicken breast

Tea:
Wholemeal biscuits

Dinner:
Scramble Eggs ( White only)
Whole meal bread

When you're use to the diet your metabolism rate will increase and make you lose weight much faster, only then you can gobble down food with no worries as your metabolism rate will remain fast..try it :)
