Just after working out!!fuuhh!!! letih manyak I started to realize that I have to stop eating all those fancy2 food macam ayam kampung,daging,kerang,lala and have to stop drinking all those frappucino orr emm ice blended!! tapi sgt la sdap hemmm...I reli reli reli have to stop to burn all those calories that aaaree stuck in my body,,,kalo tdk tak reach la my goals!! ader 3 minggu je lagi kot...pyh beb..!!!so today I performed
300 situps,and
8 reps of spiderman push-ups wich is reli hard...and then weightlifting of
6 kg bicep curls 8repsX5 hemm and then did so
prisoner's squat..fuh!!! have to lose the flab so now my diet plan..
U can only eat food that is full of:-
protein
protein
& protein
lot of fibre
less and less of carbo...
vege
fruits
and protein shakes
wawawaw...
So lose the flab and b FAB!!!!
